Exchange Policy:

THE DO TAG will accept the exchange of any unused items in their original condition, 5 days from the date the item was received. Items are non refundable. Items are non exchangeable after the 15^th day from the date of original shipment. All shipping and handling charges are paid by the consumer and therefore not refundable.
